Iemas is going for a loop

Used their App to lodge a claim 6/12/2021, still unresolved after another 2 follow-ups from my side. Their Customer Service is non existent and when contacting the claims call centre you are confronted with a lot of useless information on the telephone , no answer even after holding the line for 10 minutes + , and the most distorted music in you ear. After more than 15 years with a once proud service provider I think it is time to move on. They have become ***********.
