IEMAS is a *****!

I have been a member of Iemas Finance for the last 10 years, a loyal customer whose payments were always on time. I am utterly disgusted and shocked by their ********* behavior. Upon cancelation I was due to receive a membership rewards benefit. I app**** for the accelerated option at an additional cost that was meant to be paid in 6 weeks. 10 weeks later I received no feedback , no calls , no emails. I have tried to get ahold of them on email and through call centre's but you are placed on hold indefinitely. They are very willing to take your money but to pay what's due to you, they hide. I will never do business with such an organization and will be informing my peers of their poor service and dishonesty!!!!
