IEMAS IS A ****

I took the insurance policy with them and i was told i am covered for 50km but to my surprise when my car broke down i was told i am only covered for 40km and it's a return trip and when i query this with them, they are playing hide and seek. Shireen Sheik is worse hypocrite and a ****, she claimed to have resolved this and promised me a refund and asked me to write an email to the whistle blowers( because on one of the email i wrote i copied them) and told them this has been resolved but she was lying because now she is the one telling me no refund will be made
