IEMAS insurance ignoring all communication while taking my money!

I am trying my best to cancell a short - term insurance policy with IEMAS. I followed all avenues , phoned, emailed several addresses as well as the Whatsupp chatline. I am being ghosted while they keep on taking my money. Shame on you, IEMAS, do the right thing!!
