Iemas insurance brokers non existent claims department

I have never been this disappointed with an insurance. For a month I could not get through to the claims department on the phone. 2 weeks ago o logged a claim on their app and received a confirmation email. Do date no one has called and there has been no response.

For 3 cars I am paying nearly R2500 and this is by far the worst service ever. I officially starting to shop around for something more reliable.
