IEMAS INSURANCE BROKERS ARE PATHETIC!!

A claim was submitted via email on 23/06/2022 and I received an auto-reply message to acknowledge receipt; confirming that I will be contacted within 24 hours. Now, a week later plus 3 phone calls to Iemas Insurance Brokers and another two emails later I have had NO response from anyone yet! When I phoned them they assured me that a claims consultant will call me back - lies!!! I am done with pathetic service and empty lip-service and will take my business to someone that understands what customer service actually means.
