Iemas insurance broker so stressful

I didn't make a payment on my vehicle insurance in April, debit order didn't go through as there was no money in my bank account. On the 25th of May I called iemas insurance and ask if I can pay manual consultant said yes and she send me banking details on the 26th in the morning I went to the bank to deposit money for 2month I also send proof of payment on the e-mail address consultant gave me . After submitting the proof of payment they send me email saying my policy is cancelled. I called them and advise I have send proof of payment consultant said they will update the policy. Even today my policy is not updated when I call they don't know how to help me .all I need is my money back or they must update my policy.
