Iemas dont seem to care

We had a break in at 03h02 Sat morning. They stabbed my dog to death and broke 2 wooden windows one the whole frame and the other the lock. I emailed them Monday morning asthis is a danger to my family. I sent the police case and photos. They want a repair quote - I advised that nobody want to repair as the frame would need to be be removed , repaired and returned leaving my house even more exposed than we currently are. I get absolutely NO response on my e-mail communication with IEMAS and while they are delaying my family remains in danger! No repairer sent, no discussion to get this repaired - nothing they just leave my home and family exposed.
