Iemas deducting more than installment

<p>I would like to know how iemas comes on this conclusion by deducting my purchase card double the installment? I saw on my itc that I'm 30days behind in April but March is been updated and dhow ed I paid. April is not yet over but I'm already 30 days behind.</p> <p>I was explained that when you buy on a purchase card that a month later you must pay what you used. And I paid like that. This is the first I have been paying double.</p> <p> </p> <p>Listen if this is not sorted in the next one day I'll take legal actions to who ever are in charge on deducting double payments. I did not give any consent nor am I behind on my payments.
