Horrible service, bad customer service

<p>I decided to refinance my vehicle from BMW financial services to Iemas. I had a pre-approval already by 10th November 2016. Besides sending my settlement quotation and asking to get the transaction going, the consultant, Maria Mohapi just sat on the quotation and only started looking at it later on the 25th.</p> <p> </p> <p>We went on to do all the paperwork and had it signed by the 1st of December. I was told everything was done and complete, only to find out in the middle of November that my debt with BMW Finance was not settled, effectively making me pay for 2 vehicle finance loans at 2 financiers for the same car. I communicated extensively with Maria Mohapi and the only answers I recievid from her was the same attitude of rudeness and incompetence I had received since the beginnning of the transaction.</p> <p> </p> <p>The only thing I received from her was an email to ********** which she had initially asked me to actually send myself.</p> <p>Long story short, it's 2017 today and my old debt has yet to be settled with BMW finance and after I spoke to Maria, she told me it's not her fault and was rude to me on the phone.</p> <p>Although I don't know the long term strategy of Iemas, I do not believe that this level of customer service and dissatisfaction is one that they need. I am less likely to take up any product with Iemas. I also would like to get a prompt resolution on the current deduction I get on my payslip of a car that is also being concurrently being financed by BMW finance.</p>
