horrible service

Hello Peter Henry here ID ***088 ,Cell phone *** ,I had experiences terrible service from Lemas financial services, I app**** for a car finance on 06 November 2019,till today 26 November 2019 none of the consultant seemed to know where is my application ,I spoke to Thuli under their vehicle finance department and told me that my application is transferred to Carltonville branch on 18 November 2019 allocated to Sylvia who works there, and that lady (Sylvia) told me that my application is not with her , Head office must do it,can you imagine from the 6th November 2019 till 26 November 2019 ,I'm still told that my application can't be traced ,the Lemas staff shows me the highest degree of *********** unprofessionalism . I called their head office phone went unanswered for more than 30 minutes, None of this guys knows what their doing. their line ***
