Hell no IEMAS worst service eve!!!

So I have been contacting Iemas Financial services for 2 weeks now to receive my payout of money that they OWE ME!!!! I have been contacting them since the 20th of November filling in forms as they require just to receive no feedback! I have been contacting them every single day just to be placed on hold for hours or the phone call being cut!!! I have been a member of IEMAS for 10 years and this is the costumer service that I receive? My membership wil most definitely be cancelled by the end of this month! I DO NOT SUGGEST IEMAS TO ANYONE ! I have never received such poor service in my life!
