Great service by Trevor Shabangu

I app**** for vehicle finance during the period in which IEMAS was undergoing a system upgrade. This meant my application took a bit longer than expected, however, I had no issues with the time delay as the service consultant that dealt with my application went above and beyond to assist me. Trevor Shabangu is by far one of the most professional, friendly and generally nice guy. He made the whole experience enjoyable and would occasionally share some side-jokes, which made me feel as not just a number but a valued client. He went above and beyond with my client, holding my hand through emails and calls throughout the process. If he was another consultant he would have been fed up with me because I was extremely indecisive about the car I wanted and even gave me some tips on finding a suitable used car. In addition, he would call me 5 times a day and would not answer the phone as I was forever in meetings, but he was very patient with me. This man deserves a BELLS and a raise :-). In addition, he got me a great interest rate for the vehicle finance. Thank you so much Trevor !
