Great Service

I am quite impressed by the level of service from Lillian Masilela in the loans division. I haven't yet received the payment but I have to give credit where credit is due. Lillian has kept me up to date about the whole process, at some point she couldn't find me on the phone and sent an e-mail. To me that showed how much she values her job and made me feel important as a client. She really went an extra mile and never got tired of my questions, always responded on time.<br> <br> She is really someone you want to have at customer service because her service skills are excellent.
