great and speedy service

I am an iemas client for vehicle finance of 2 cars and its my second year with them. I received a benefit letter that they allocated funds to my accounts, i made one phone call to a lady whom i forgot her name but told me that i can have the funds sent to my bank account instead. I sent all the relevant documents and within 3 days i had the refund in my account. What made me happier.....besides the money was Sharon addressed me with respect the time. She courteously took me through the process step by step. One of the ladies i think was Mapula answered the phone when i called to confirm if all docs were received, she didnt say wait for Sharon as she was dealing with you but she checked on behalf of her team mate.
