How long will it normally take to get a result or outcome on a consolidation loan application made at a branch, as I have now been waiting a week since signing the contracts.

11 Feb 2020, 14:41Someone did contact me yesterday....
Promising to investigate and give feedback... But to no avail... No communication again after that. About another 24 h later. Did you know I submitted all the required settlement letters already on 31 January and sign the paperwork about a day or two later?
Now seems no one is interested in my query amymore.
Still no one at IEMAS can tell me what the normal waiting time is.
Must mention got a mail a whike back....

Please make contact with the nelspruit branch to find out why they took long to assist application.
Well I did make that contact many times including yesterday via mail and also by calls. The lady that opened my application ALSO do not know why it takes so long. According te her it should take half hour to one hour to get a result.
So why a week?

12 Feb 2020, 10:01The person who hanfled my application:
Financing Consultant
T: +27 (0) 13 *** | F: ***
Nombulelo Ngwenya
| M: *** | W: www.iemas.co.za
She send me an email 5 days ago saying she still have no result (since January 31).
And that she would contact me when she does.
Now 5 days later and even you cannot help me.
So back to my original question...
Since 31 January is 13 days.
How long, normally does it take to give a result on a consolidation loan application?
Is it true that it should normally take half hour to one hour?
If so, why does mine take two weeks so far and counting?
I mean somenof the settlement letters already expired as some are only 5 days valid.
