Funeral cover cancelation

I have took a funeral cover for my aunt from iemas then decided to cancel it before they started to deduct from my wages at work,all of a sudden they deduct then I have send an email to them and there was no response but still they deducted,I went to our HR department to enquire about this deduction they told me that they are waiting for IEMAS to communicate with them but till today no luck,I have sent emails again since Monday as it is Wednesday now but it seems as if thy are being ignored
