Iema's reward is absolute nonsense! !! Try giving a call to the loan department and you get an answer in a speed of lightning, however the rewards department is a totally different story. Been trying to get through that department for weeks nowith with no luck. This company is *****, they have deducted more than they should and I have papers stating that I want the account closed since I have paid up, I've been trying to get help from the head office to know whether or not they have received the documents but since they are a bunch of useless people can't get any help and wonder if I'm ever gonna get my money back and the account closed. Local branch told me this would be dealt with within 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!
