financial institution breaking contract

on the 01/02/2016 I requested a settlement letter for my loan as I wanted to settle my loan with iemas after doing the settlement I find that on the 09/02/2016 I received an email that they are going to deduct from salary again this month and I was meant to be told that I must inform them but how am I to know as they are a financial institution and my provide me with the correct financial information as a client instead of helping me half way , now my finances are going to be in a bad state all because some one did not do the job right ,this cannot be right
