Failing to reply on Natis request

<p>I had finance through Iemas and paid my vehicle in full in April last year, iemas did not contact me at all regarding the Natis, I requested the Natis from them beginning of this week informing them on the importance of getting the Natis as soon as possible. They supp**** me with contact details but there is no answer if you try to phone the nr. </p> <p> </p> <p>Quick to take your money but slow to deliver a service.</p>
