Executing unauthorized debit orders from clients' accounts.
Ah, iMas - the epitome of poor financial service. A group of individuals who prefer the safety of their keyboards over engaging with customers directly. Let me recount an incident with iMas: On Friday the 22nd, I allowed a final debit order to clear for my car payment. Additionally, I explicitly communicated via mail that no further debit orders were authorized as the car had been settled. Yet, to my dismay, on the 25th, iMas proceeded to execute another unauthorized debit order. Upon raising the issue, I was prompted to fill out forms detailing why I was requesting a refund. Now, I'm informed that I must endure a wait of 10 business days for the return of my money. Is this equitable? Why should I suffer the consequences of your errors?
