Excess payment too much and not explained why

I am with IEMAS now since from 2013, in December I made a claim using iemas app, and my claim was approved, but I am having a big problem with excess on my policy they increased standard/ selectable excess in December 11th from R3000 to R4000, and it's on the document they sent to me, and on my Policy there is R3000 but now they want me to Pay R5000 which is not on the excess document, be careful with IEMAS INSURANCE because on the Policy document they will confuse you, they have standard/ selectable under COVER DETAILS which is R5000 then Under EXCESS they have again same thing which is standard/ selectable which is R3000, I am no longer happy with them and my friend was thinking of joining them, but hey I don't know. IEMAS used to be good but not now, I will never recommend them to anyone. Iemas policy document is not well organized. They failed to prove to me why I should pay R5000 but on the policy it says R3000.
