Empty promises guaranteed

On the 8th of Jan my email was receipt and read, got both notifications, was rep**** with an email to inform me that the turnaround time is two weeks and a consultant will contact me. It was a request to cancel my membership and pay out my funds owed to me, I filled out the cancellation form with my registered ID and bank statement. No Contact, NONE.... sent a follow up email since I cannot get through to you call center, still no response. Seems like this is a plot to get people to sign the documents to process the request quicker at an additional fee. I am disgusted with your lack of professionalism and empty promises.
