Don't use IEMAS insurance broker

My car is finance by IEMAS and also insure by IEMAS brokers.The problems started when they didn't debited for January,so I called them to debit premiums and again on February they didn't debit,I called them and I was given the account to deposit the premium for February and I did that.So I changed payment method,that now they can deduct from my payslip since they are failing to debit To my surprise end of February they didn't deduct for March and I called them again,they told me that they will deduct twice end of March for March and April and I agreed,but end of March they deducted 3 premiums.I called them and acknowledge that they made a mistake,I will get my refund back with 48 hours.This happened on 23 March 2020 today it 30 March still nothing.I have been calling them, putting me on hold for hours.
