Dission Mashangoane needs to learn manners!!!

I have recently app**** for debt review, and, my debt counsellor, in conjunction with myself and my employer's HR Partner had sent a series of e-mails that state that 1) I have app**** for debt review and 2) to find contact details for the appropriate person/department at Iemas so that the Iemas deductions from my salary can be stopped to ensure that I do not pay Iemas twice and can therefore not survive despite the debt review. A very helpful lady at Iemas forwarded this correspondence to Dission Mashangoane, who is a credit control cordinator at Iemas. Dission Mashangoane then sent a rather abrupt and rude e-mail stating that \you do not just cancel payments because you have app**** for debt review
