Dissatisfied about Iemas financial services

I am a customer n I had a loan with iemas which I paid for years, they told me that my loan was paid off n stopped deducting from my account for months but now they came back sending summons from the court saying that I owe them. This is very unprofessional n abusive of them towards me n I'm extremely disappointed n angry about this matter. I'm even seeking legal assistance about this at the moment.
