Disgusting Service

I have taken a loan with Iemas and payments are made via salary deduction. I few months ago the company was bought over and there were a few glitches with payment which iemas was informed about and which was eventually sorted and payments were running as normal once again. Yesterday I called Iemas for an application form for a colleague and I was asked for my ID number by the consultant which I gave him and then I was informed that my records states that \no loans will be granted to me because of bad payments"I was put through the credit control department and was informed by Mary that I have to send a mail to them to get a reference check done. My question is - it was no fault of mine and of which IEMAS was informed of so why is it that I get a bad name? According to Mary they didn't get a payment for a month so your name is blacklisted - I would gladly accept that if I was at fault and IEMAS was not informed of the changes in the company. I was also promised by Mary that she will come back to me but it is now 24hrs and I have not heard from her.
