Good day. I'm am existing member of the organization. I don't know what's going on with the Belville branch but its appalling. I've sent in an application yo no feedback or response and I don't know if this is how you conduct business. I'm trying to apply for a mini loan and I app**** on the website and I still emailed a consultant who never even bothered to get back to me. Why??? Is it racially motivated or do you not care about cliental satisfaction?? I really need answers because 2 months ago this happened Andi just let it go because I thought you are too busy but again??? Really ? Poor service
