Disappointed with rude treatment from vehicle finance department

<div>I sent an email to Imas finance to apply for vehicle finance. Someone named Heinrich responded to me and advised me to fill in necessary forms and attach necessary supporting documents. I did that as he advised and emailed back the documents on the 2nd February 2024 and I was informed that someone named Busisiwe was assigned to assist me. She never bothered to contact me for feedback or anything. I sent 2 more emails asking for feedback which were also ignored. 14 days later I have not heard any feedback. I find this treatment to be very rude and ***********. I was left with no choice but to use this platform to express my disappointment with Imas vehicle finance department.</div>
