Disappointed in Iemas Financial Services

I have been an Iemas Client for the past 3 years, with my loan left with 1 installment going off on the 20th, due to unforseen circumstances, i want to top up my loan in addition to that consolidate some of my smaller accounts that give me sleepless nights, a month ago i sent Fortune my documents to check if i qualify or if its possible, she did not bother responding even when i send follow up emails. Yesterday i sent them again to Katlego Suze, the same thing, not even acknowledging receipt of the forms and documents. I have just called and i was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I am not bullying Iemas to approve my application what so ever, but it would have been nice for them to inform me of the out comes, so that i can explore other options available. But after reading the reviews on this page, i guess its a norm for them to ignore potential business.
