Department not managed

I handed in my paperwork for my IEMAS bonus to be paid out on the 9th of April already. The people at Secunda branch told me that it will be paid out on the 17th because the person paying it out is on leave. First warning bell rang, how can you let a person go on leave without somebody acting on his behalf and handle his work? On a follow up on the 17th as to when the money will be paid out, I got a number of a person in Pretoria ***) this person informed me that they all were on a course and run a day behind schedule... I will only receive my money on Monday night...<br> <br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS TO HOW CAN A BUSINESS FUNCTION WITH THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE... Does the business stand still when someone go on leave or is on training. Don't the have proper measures in place to deliver on promised deadlines?<br> <br> The person in Pta that I spoke to also had a very bad attitude and told me I must wait, NOT HELPFULL OR FRIENDLY STAFF ASWELL!!!!!! <br> <br> Very very VERY poor service from IEMAS!!!!!!
