Delinquent Iemas financial services

Good evening.

I am really fed up with this so called Iemas financial services, I bought a car last year and changed it last month, so they deducted for both cars from my salary. I then app**** for a refund which was a week back and all I got was stories and empty promises from the lady called Nomhle. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a car or anything through them as they are very quick to deduct but take decades to refund. I really need help on this one and Its my last time doing business with them. They lack the basics.
