Deductions from Salary despite Debt Review.
This ties in with my complaint, lodged on Hellopeter.com on the7th of April 2015. My debt counsellor forwarded a letter requesting that the Iemas deduction from my salary be cancelled as I am under debt review, and forwarded the 17.1 and 17.2 documents to the proper department. Iemas have merely ignored all requests and carried on regardless. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND AND TELL ME THAT THE MATTER IS BEING HANDLED INTERNALLY AND THAT YOU HAVE NO FEEDBACK FOR ME, AS WAS THE CASE WITH MY PREVIOUS REPORT. <br> <br> I would like to know why the deduction still went off and when I can expect a refund

We take note of the additional aspect as to the complaint stated by yourself. Unfortunately the matter at hand is that the 17.1 form has not been received by our offices from the Debt Counsellor. The proper procedure should be followed by the Debt Counsellor to deal with the matter further. The Iemas department that deals with Debt Review matters has contacted the Debt Counsellor via email on 24 April 2015 so that the Debt Counsellor sends the 17.1 as a matter of urgency.
Should you need clarity on this matter please consult your Debt Counsellor.
