Complain on a payment break request

They have constantly sending emails offering the payment break due to the pendamic. However if you apply for this it becomes a mission. It seems they do not have a standard procedure that they are following one tells you this and the other tells you something else. I have been requesting for someone to attend to me from the 31 March 2020 till this day being the 16 of April 2020 I still have not been given proper feedback. It is even more frustrating when the consultants are rude and poetry a could care less attitude. A lady by the name of Carmen Naicker has been very rude and made me feel like I do not have a right to request for this service. Missed up my request and never really took time to listen and understand my request. I regret ever signing up with them it has been a bad experience to the highest level. Worse part no one wants to take ownership of the requests. If you are still to ask for help from them I must say I feel very sorry for u. Till this day 3 weeks later still no feedback on My request I have sent numerous emails to Debbie. VUSI (who by the way is forever not available to take your calls nor reply to your EMAILS) they all keep making empty promises and the request of this payment break is not clearly stated on the emails that they send daily offering this service. I wonder why offer a service that u actually do not want to provide.
