Complain about unfair treatment

I did report my case of Polo Vivo 1.4, hi-jack in September 2019 to Iemas brokers insurance (Old mutual) , the car was discovered and was held at Vereeniging VSS, then they took their time doing investigations and all that. The next thing am contacted by Eastern Auto panel eaters (based in Boksburg) in December forcing me to come and and collect my car at their vicinity. And they told me to make a payment of R5500 which is basically my excess fee which is on contract with my insurance, and storage fee which I did not sign an agreement with. Soon as I refuse to pay that storage fee, they told me to contact my insurance which said I must and I still refuse because I did not make such arrangements with Eastern Body repair. And now the total amount of +R86,000 must be payed in order for me to get my car back. Am only will and ready to pay excess fee and they still can't settle this matter between themselves. And I want my car because am still paying for it and the insurance. What must I do?
