Claim - excess waiver policy no: IEM41872GAU2-12

Extremely unhappy with your claims department, have excess waiver and was never advised and explained that there are 2 options available. Please pull the recordings of where this was explained to me telephonically. Not skipping 1 payment and being a loyal client for 12 years this is not acceptable paying for the above mentioned waiver and now that I want to claim its an issue.
