CASH BACK REWARS
as I am typing this I am so so angry, these people are so quick to debit your account yet don't pay back whats due to you. I have a cash back of rewards and now im being told that it went towards my card..WHAT CARD BY THE WAY???? I do not have a card with these guys, I had a purchase card a very long time ago, it was paid and closed, yet when I still apply for certain things, it shows that my balance is still there and have not paid...I was on the phone holding on for the past 20 minutes, a lady answered the phone and was just mumbling ,next thing she says she will speak to her manager, I was kept on hold for the manager and till now, nothing. I want whats due to me ASAP
