Car taken to repairs and came back WORSE

Good Day, My car was not repaired as I expected, I need IEMAS to take this very serious, as you should deal with my insurance because the claim goes via IEMAS, The car came back worse than Before, The collision sensor is not on the right place, the Mirror has a crack, the bumper was not replaced, just sprayed and cut just to make it fit on the covers. the covers are lose underneath the car and making a noise when I drive and it's irritating. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
