Car problem

I had an accident before the end of May 2022. So I claimed and my car was assesed the begging of June 2022. Then it was towed to Groblersdal the name of pannel beater is called Dal pannel Beaters. They hired a courtesy car for 30 day but my car was never fixed yet.they extended the contract for 7 days until is its finished. Even now I don't have a car I'm struggling and I'm a ward councilor i must go and visit communities and hold meetings.because my car is still at pannel beater no update they don't update me about the progress.or even to tell me how far about repairing my car. Nothing at all I'm the only who call the every week to Check with them about the progress. My car was damaged sunroof and wind screen only to find out that the assessors report is not complete. I need help
