Breach of contract, poor service and zero accountability

I was promised call back, feedback and a resolution regarding the below matter 3 months back. No one has contacted me at all. Imas finance vehicle insurance broker services that is responsible for my vehicle car hire incase of a accident left me stranded in the middle of nowhere when i was involved in a car accident. I had to find my own way home from eastern cape to cape town which was very costly traveling with my 7 yr old daughter and brother. We waited for over 24hrs they never got back to us had book flights and uber transport to return home to cape town. It took them two weeks to arrange car hire. I lost income due to car being my main tool for work. They promised to refund me of the expenses in incurred due to their failure to honor their contract and obligations to provide car hire at the place i was at. Till today i have not received my reimbur*****t my call go unanswered by the brockers.
