Beware of reserve funds trapped at Imas financial services.

I have been a member of Imas financial services, previously Iemas, for many years. For the last about 5 years I no longer use their card. I asked that my savings balance be paid out to me. In December I received an email to say I will be paid in January. I was never paid out. I do not receive a response on email requests to follow up regarding payment. I phoned today. The person indicated he is sending a message with his details and reference number. Nothing came through. Also no email confirmation regarding when I will be paid out. I am concerned that I will never get my money out of them.
