Bank couriers Natis to wrong address and now its lost

I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle from VW Rola who settled iMas Bank and requested the Natis document in order to register and license vehicle in my name. iMas Bank then couriers the document to Mooreesburg instead of Malmesbury and upon tracking with DPD Laser Courier the document is now lost with nobody taking responsibility. Requesting a Copy is not possible as Mr BM Kemp as their proxy does not give the authority or bother to resolve the problem, because they have received their money. 6 weeks after purchase, paid insurance and finance and still cannot drive the vehicle parked in my garage. I will make it a point to let the world know about this company's incompetence on any form of media.
