Balances statement

I have been trying to get my statement and no one seems to be helping me, I sent several emails to you guys but nothing has been done ,my statements when I check the credit bureaus it shows that I owe R11400 for this month March so I need to understand my statements please call me or email me my statements ***

This are my numbers please send me my updated balances. Account number *** This balances are not correct also
