Bad Service received at IEMAS

<p>Because i work for Santam i was advised i could get competitive interest rates if i finance my vehicle through IEMAS so i called IEMAS spoke to a lady by the name of Charmaine Suze she gave me her email i sent through my documents in April and since i have not received a response to date, again i called and can not rememeber the name of the consultant who took my email advising he would forward documents but i did not receive anything . so cleary IEMAS does not value their customers or the employees are just ***********. Would never recommend IEMAS to anyone due to the bad service.</p>
