BAD SERVICE LONG WAITING PERIOD

hi i app**** for a consolidation loan on the 3rd of April 2018 and the loan was approved after two weeks and i was told i have to wait for another even days in order for the accounts to be paid and for me to get the remaining amount ...apparently it even took long for me to sign the contract after my up and down trying to collect the documents they needed /settlement letters after the loan was approved the lady who was assisting failed to pay my creditors and it was after the 27th of April after waiting the seven days she told me about and had to call head office to check on the progress only to find that the accounts were not linked to be paid and got angry and had to cancel the deal and start afresh ..and now on the 07th of May they said the approved 50 000 of which they declined my application because of affordability and all along i had hopes that everything will be sorted and i wanted to buy a car when all this process started ,to my disapointment everything failed now because they have a right to decline my application but after so long and it seems as a consumer i do not have rights ,now i am so frustrated
