Bad service from IEMAS and Santam

I have never in my life experienced such bad service. I have been with IEMAS (#Iemas) underwritten by Santam #Santam for more than 7 years. We had an issue with switching from generator to normal Eskom power after loadshedding - the neutral wire pulled out of the DB Board and send 380V (we have 3 phase power) through the system. About every appliance in our household is damaged. We claimed and heard that apparently this is accidental damage with limited cover (accidental damage?). For 2 weeks now I get NO response on my email if I leave message for Karlette or her mamager to phone me back they do not respond. I am.so dissapointed. I have been with Iemas for more than 7 years never claimed, apparently I am a "prestige" client. After I send my claim to IEMAS I had a call from the claim department thereafter I just received an automatic email saying "Dear Valued Client..." .i will never ever recommend one of these companies to anyone...
