Bad service

<p>I went in on the 24th to apply for a loan and I didn't complete the process.. I was told to call in and when I called I was told they'd call me back. O then complained to the lady on Wednesday on the phone . She said I must come in at 07:30 in the morning . Which I did and I had to take a few hours from work as I start @ 05:45. I got to iemas @ 07:35 and the lady was hostile. She continued to work on other people's stuff.. left the desk without saying anything to me , only got my things @ 08:03 and still not communicating to me ..</p>
