Apply for Finance and no feedback

On the 5th January 2016 i app**** for a loan and forwarded the loan application form and all the supporting documents to Andries Baepi of Rustenburg branch.I called him on the 6th to find out if he received my email to which he said he has and will let me know when he has processed the application.I called again on Friday (08-01-2016) and he told me he is still busy with the December applications.I called again on Tuesday and was told to hold on for him and dropped the call as i waited for more than 15 minutes.I called him again today(14-01-2016) at 13H10 and he told me that they had system problems and will let me know when he is ready.<br> <br> How long does one has to process an application? I am not happy about this at all as it is like you have to beg for someone to do their own job.
