Appalling treatment by a vehicle financing sales consultant at iemas

I’m selling my car to a buyer who solicited vehicle finance for Iemas vehicle finance in Middelburg Mpumalanga and I’m in Johannesburg and she’s being assisted by a consultant by the name of Zandi Malaza. Zandi is super unprofessional she requests documents one by one and at her own time..she doesn’t explain the procedure and what she needs in time... last week Friday i went to Mpumalanga To sign a form and only to find out when I got there there were missing forms still... drove back and on Monday went to the traffic department to print them out and emailed to her ASAP.. she didn’t acknowledge that she recieved them.. on Tuesday she calls the buyer and tell her that all the documents are in order and that she has requested for the contract and that the seller must come sign Wednesday the 30th.. the buyer has been at the offices since 9 am ready to sign and when she gets there Zandi tells her she must go open a store account and the seller does just that and then Zandi reassures her that they will be done in no time only to for Zandi to disappear for close to 4 hours leaving the buyer in the offices and upon her return she sends me an email to tell me that one of the documents I sent is unclear!!!! How is that possible and why was it not communicated in time? I feel this is a delaying tactic and I find it very unprofessional and appalling ?
