Amazing client experience

What an amazing lady Nolwazi is. Extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Assisted me with adding a new vehicle to my policy and answered the many questions I had. She also helped resolve a service provider claim issue I had by contacting and connecting me to the insurer all while remaining present and engaged for the almost hour call.(though it did take approx 10min to connect).
